Masterfly guarantee
With our MASTERFLY GUARANTEE, we offer, in addition to the legally established guarantees and compensation, the following coverage:
- If your flight suffers a delay on departure of more than 3h30*, we refund 25% of the cost of the leg on which the delay occurs.
- If the delay results on an air or land transport connection loss, we cover: the cost of the lost connection** , one night in a hotel if needed, as well as 30 Euros per passenger for expenses if the overnight stay is required.
- In case of diversion to an alternative airport as a result of weather conditions, we take care of all land transport costs to the final destination of the chartered flight.
- In the case of lost luggage, initial compensation of 150 Euros per item of lost luggage, and a further 300 Euros if the luggage does not appear within the next 5 days. In this case the PIR (Property Irregularity Report) form must be presented no more than 2 hours after the arrival of the flight at its destination.
Cost of the Masterfly Guarantee: 1.000 Euros per Leg (VAT Excluded). This amount must be paid before the departure of the Flight.

* This clause does not apply in case of: adverse weather conditions at the departure or destination airport, strikes directly affecting the air transport operation, or if caused by a request from the charterer, or as a result of the late arrival at the airport of passengers for the chartered flight, for whatever reason.
** This clause applies only if the client can prove that the connection was booked on a means of transportation departing at least 3h30 after the scheduled arrival of the chartered flight, and that the connection was to depart from a location within a 50-kilometre radius of the destination airport of the chartered flight. In order to register a claim for this type of compensation, the client must provide the original document of the lost connection. Car rental costs are not payable.
